Luciano Catelli

Owner/Instructor
Originally from Argentina, Luciano has always had the love for music and dance in his blood and has found his true passion in ballroom dance. Luciano works diligently to make sure new and current students are always having fun and being challenged. He has over 10 years of experience as a ballroom instructor in the jersey shore area and is constantly looking to improve his dancing and teaching technique. Luciano has attained his Highly Commended Certification through the USISTD (United States Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance) and is looking forward to furthering his certifications. He is very proud and honored to be able to work with the most talented and knowledgeable ballroom dance instructors in the area and looks forward to making the students' experience at Shore DanceSport the best it can be!

Anne Marie Creange

Instructor/Choreographer
Dance has been a lifelong passion for Anne Marie. She loves to teach, coach, and choreograph, passing on this love to others . Dancing ballet, jazz and ballroom since childhood, she graduated from the High School of Performing Arts and became the U.S. National Amateur Latin champion. Her professional competitive career brought her many prestigious awards, with the highlight of representing Canada in the World's Professional Latin Championships, in Oslo, Norway. She was the co-owner and creative force of her own dance studio for more than 20 years. Anne Marie has her Dual Licentiate Certification with the USISTD, and is also a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. She is very happy to be a part of the distinguished group of well-respected professionals who make up Shore DanceSport.


Mikolay Czarnecki

Instructor/Choreographer
Mikolay started dancing in Poland when he was 10 years old. Since very early stage he and his partner became one of the best couples in his country. He was finalist in Polish Nation Championships in Latin and top 4 in 10-dance competition.When he moved to US in 2003 he focused on latin-american dances and placed 2nd in US Professional National Rising Star latin championships. In 2010 he started competing in professional  American Smooth and soon became US and World Finalist in this division. During his professional career he was very successful being always a finalist in all major competitions in this the US. He has also been very successful as a pro-am teacher and a coach...his best result was rising to become the Pro-Am Ohio Starball Dancesport Championships and Pro-Am World 10-Dance Champion!


Maureen Nepveu

Instructor/Choreographer
At the age of 8 Maureen began taking tap, ballet, gymnastics and later Broadway-style jazz. It wasn’t until the age of 16 that she began taking ballroom and latin style dance. She relocated to Canada where she continued training and later became Canadian Ten Dance Champion and represented Canada at the World’s Ten Dance Championship in Tokyo, Japan. Winner of the US Latin and standard categories and finalist in the Open Professional Categories, she also has represented Canada at the world’s Team Match in Miami, Florida. She has acquired a Dual Licentiate Certification with the USISTD as well as the CDTA (Canadian Dance Teachers' Association). She’s now a mother of two sons and enjoys cooking, gardening and dog grooming. She is a dedicated ballroom dance instructor of all level students.


Roger Nepveu

Instructor/Choreographer
Born in Quebec, Canada, into a family of professional ballroom dancers, it’s easy to see how Roger developed his dancing career. He started dancing as a teen and it wasn’t long until he gained the title of Junior Champion. He continued to study in the US and England to further his dance education and has trained with some of the world's most renowned coaches. He’s a Canadian 10 dance champion and has represented Canada at the World’s 10 Dance Championship held in Tokyo, Japan. He has Dual Fellowship Certifications with the USISTD and CDTA organizations. Roger has trained many professional dancers/competitors as well as becoming an examiner with the CDTA organization.

Sean Nepveu

Instructor
Coming from a dancing family, and being that his parents owned a dance studio at a young age, Sean began dancing from the time he could walk. He spent most of his time in classes while his parents were teaching, and on the weekends traveling with them while their students competed in the tri-state area. Once he graduated with his Bachelor’s degree, he began teaching students of all levels, and continues to do so. Currently Sean is being coached by his mother and father, Maureen and Roger Nepveu, and also trains at Rogers Dance Center in Fairfield, New Jersey. When he’s not dancing he enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors. In May 2015 he will have also completed his Master’s Degree in United States History from Monmouth University.
